Baking with Booze

1 Box of Pumpkin Bread mix
plus Ingredients listed on box of mix
1 Bottle of Pumpkin Beer
1 Brick of Cream Cheese (optional)
Preheat oven and prepare pan.
Follow directions on box, substituting your favorite pumpkin beer for the milk. Fill the pan halfway with pumpkin bread mix.
Place the cream cheese brick in the center. I sliced mine in half so that it was thinner, but you could put the whole thing in or skip it to spread on after the bread is baked.
Layer with remaining pumpkin bread mix.
Bake according to the directions on the box.
