Cindy and Melissa close out their February theme, “Infusing Heart into Your Business,” with special guest, Theresa Genusa, a life coach and core well-being dynamics specialist, who shares how she helps clients Lead with Presence by developing action plans and intervention strategies that lead to high energy and create an ideal state of well-being.
Workplace Civility: Cindy and Melissa share some unsettling statistics about the prevalence and impact of incivility in the workplace, what causes incivility, how to recognize and correct incivility in one's own behavior, and how to encourage and sustain a company culture of civility.
Cindy continues the theme for February, “Infusing Heart into Your Business,” with a look at the relationship of organizational culture and workplace well-being. They share perspectives about the difference between culture and climate and offer suggestions for understanding and evaluating how your company culture is currently functioning.
In honor of American Heart Month and to highlight topics that support individual and workplace well-being, Cindy and Melissa introduce their theme “Infusing Heart into Your Business” for the month of February and share some startling statistics about job stress. They discuss interesting findings about the influence of perception and thoughts on stress levels and talk about their personal experiences in using neuroscience and mindfulness meditation to manage stress.
